Organski materijal se razgra\u0111uje i tro\u0161i, stvaraju\u0107i biolo\u0161ke krutine koje se flokuliraju u ve\u0107e nakupine ili jata. Suspenzirana jata ulaze u talo\u017enik i sedimentacijom se uklanjaju iz otpadnih voda. MBBR se obi\u010dno sastoje od aeracijskih spremnika ispunjenih malim pokretnim polietilenskim nosa\u010dima biofilma koji se u posudu dr\u017ee sita za zadr\u017eavanje medija. Danas plasti\u010dni nosa\u010di biofilma dolaze od mnogih dobavlja\u010da u razli\u010ditim veli\u010dinama i oblicima, obi\u010dno su cilindri ili kocke promjera od pola do jednog in\u010da i dizajnirani su za suspendiranje s njihovim imobiliziranim biofilmom u \u010ditavom bioreaktoru prozra\u010divanjem ili mehani\u010dkim mije\u0161anjem.<\/p>\n<p>Zbog suspendiranih pokretnih nosa\u010da bio-filma, MBBR omogu\u0107uju pro\u010di\u0161\u0107avanje otpadnih voda s visokim BPK-om na manjem podru\u010dju bez za\u010depljenja. MBBR obi\u010dno slijedi sekundarni pro\u010di\u0161\u0107iva\u010d, ali se nikakav mulj ne reciklira u postupak; vi\u0161ak mulja talo\u017ei se, a gnojnica koja se uklanja vakuumskim kamionom ili talog ostataka filtrira se i odla\u017ee kao kruti otpad.<\/p>\n<p>MBBR se \u010desto koriste za uklanjanje glavnine BPK optere\u0107enja uzvodno od ostalih procesa biolo\u0161ke obrade ili se koriste u situacijama kada je kvaliteta otpadnih voda manje va\u017ena; ne koriste se za poliranje BPK do niske razine otpadnih voda. Koriste se za pro\u010di\u0161\u0107avanje otpadnih voda proizvedenih u pogonima za hranu i pi\u0107e, pogonima za preradu i pakiranje mesa, petrokemijskim postrojenjima i rafinerijama.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row content_placement=&#8221;middle&#8221; css=&#8221;.vc_custom_1625744303723{padding-top: 60px !important;padding-bottom: 60px !important;}&#8221;][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;]<div id=\"cz_65933\" class=\"cz_65933 cz_title clr cz_smart_fs cz_title_ba_line cz_title_pos_inline\"><div class=\"cz_title_content\"><div class=\"cz_wpe_content\"><h3>Membranski bioreaktor (MBR)<\/h3>\n<\/div><div class=\"cz_title_line cz_line_after_title\"><span>_<\/span><\/div><\/div><\/div>[vc_column_text]Membranski bioreaktori, ili MBR, u\u0161li su u uobi\u010dajenu upotrebu 1990-ih. Membranski moduli su uronjeni izravno u spremnik ili su smje\u0161teni u zaseban spremnik (modul), a za sprje\u010davanje prljanja i za\u010depljenja membrane koristi se zrak. MBR su napredne tehnologije biolo\u0161kog pro\u010di\u0161\u0107avanja otpadnih voda koje kombiniraju konvencionalni aktivni mulj suspendiranog rasta s membranskom filtracijom, a ne sedimentacijom, kako bi se odvojile i reciklirale suspendirane krutine. Kao rezultat toga, MBR rade s mnogo vi\u0161im suspendiranim krutim tvarima mje\u0161ovite teku\u0107ine (MLSS) i duljim vremenom zadr\u017eavanja krutina (SRT), stvaraju\u0107i znatno manji otisak s puno kvalitetnijim otpadnim vodama u usporedbi s konvencionalnim aktivnim muljem.<\/p>\n<p>MBR primarno ciljaju BPK i ukupne suspendirane krutine (TSS). Dizajn MBR sustava razlikuje se ovisno o prirodi otpadnih voda i ciljevima pro\u010di\u0161\u0107avanja, ali tipi\u010dni MBR mo\u017ee se sastojati od aerobnih (ili anaerobnih) spremnika za pro\u010di\u0161\u0107avanje, sustava za prozra\u010divanje, mije\u0161alica, membranskog spremnika, sustava za \u010di\u0161\u0107enje na mjestu (CIP) te ultrafiltracijskih membrana (tip \u0161uplje vlakno ili ravna plo\u010da). Rezultati pro\u010di\u0161\u0107avanja MBR sustavom je visokokvalitetan, a voda se \u010desto ponovno koristi u tehnolo\u0161kom procesu (reus, povrat na sustav reverznih osmoza, itd). SBR reaktori \u0161ar\u017eno obra\u0111uju otpadne vode poput kanalizacije ili izlaza iz anaerobnih digestora ili postrojenja za mehani\u010dki biolo\u0161ki pro\u010di\u0161\u0107avanje. Kisik se propu\u0161ta kroz otpadnu vodu kako bi smanjio biokemijsku potrebu za kisikom (BPK) i kemijsku potrebu za kisikom (KPK) , a voda pogodna za ispu\u0161tanje u kanalizaciju ili za ponovnu upotrebu (tehni\u010dka voda, navodnjavanje, itd). Iako postoji nekoliko konfiguracija SBR-a, osnovni je postupak sli\u010dan.<\/p>\n<p>Instalacija se sastoji od najmanje dva identi\u010dno opremljena spremnika sa zajedni\u010dkim ulazom koji se mo\u017ee prebacivati \u200b\u200bizme\u0111u njih. Spremnici imaju sustav protoka , sirova otpadna voda (influent) dolazi na jedan kraj, a pro\u010di\u0161\u0107ena voda (efluent) izlazi iz drugog. Dok je jedan spremnik u na\u010dinu talo\u017eenja, drugi se prozra\u010duje i puni. Na ulazu je dio spremnika poznat kao bio-selektor. Sastoji se od niza zidova ili pregrada koje usmjeravaju protok s jedne na drugu stranu spremnika ili ispod i preko uzastopnih pregrada.
